The players tried to play the matches on their systems on the scheduled dates, but the matches could not be played due to the technical error through no fault of the players or the locations. Therefore, none of the players lost or won any of these matches, so none of these players can receive 0 or 1 win pts for any of these matches. As a consequence, always both players of each affected match received the most neutral possible match count of 0.5 win pts.
